Return Policy
If you are dissatisfied with the product you received, please contact us concerning your issues before returning the product. We will do our best to resolve any problems before you have to return product to us. 

You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by The Whiz Store within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)

Used products (primarily Magic Singles) are sold as-is, although we will generally allow returns if we are contacted with 7 business days. Your returns will be evaluated when received, and upon receipt, we will refund the current retail value of the cards or the price you paid, whichever is lower. If you wish to return cards because you disagree with our grading, we may ask you to send us photographs detailing your disagreements before we accept the return. Returns are shipped at your expense. (Exception: we will pick up return shipping if we sent you incorrect items.)


Refunds
Refunds occur after we receive and process your return. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (see below for specific guidelines). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Your Privacy
The Whiz Store is committed to protecting your privacy. We only use the information we collect about you to process orders and to provide support and upgrades for our products. Please read on for more details about our privacy policy.

What information do we collect? How do we use it?
When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card number, and expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status. When you enter a contest or other promotional feature, we may ask for your name, address, and e-mail address so we can administer the contest and notify winners. You agree to be added to our mailing list for future promotions and deals. When you order through our website, you are opting in to receive newsletters about promotions, coupons, and important company announcements. All emails are sent through iContact and you may opt out if you wish to no longer receive newsletters from us.

How does
The Whiz Store protect customer information?
We use a Secure Server for collecting personal and credit card information. The secure server layer (SSL) encrypts (scrambles) all of the information you enter before it is transmitted over the Internet and sent to us. Furthermore, all of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access.

What about "cookies"?
"Cookies" are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. We do not use cookies to collect or store any information about visitors or customers.

Will
The Whiz Store disclose the information it collects to outside parties?
The Whiz Store does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to companies not affiliated with The Whiz Store. The Whiz Store may provide aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns, and related site information to reputable third-party vendors, but these statistics will not include personally identifying information.

The Whiz Store will supply information necessary to third party affiliates where it is necessary for the affiliate to do it's job. For example, the company who sends out our weekly newsletters will necessarily need your email address, plus any information necessary to customize the newsletter. When we hire affiliates where we must disclose some of your information, we examine that company's privacy policy first. We only hire affiliates who are trustworthy and who value your privacy as much as we do. Ultimately, however, the privacy policies of our third party affiliates are the responsibility of the affiliate. The Whiz Store has no control or influence over their policies, and accepts no liability if information is released, accidentally or otherwise, by those affiliates.

The Whiz Store may release account information when we believe, in good faith, that such release is reasonably necessary to (i) comply with law, (ii) enforce or apply the terms of any of our user agreements or (iii) protect the rights, property or safety of The Whiz Store, our users, or others.
